Receive a 90-minute, one-on-one review of your CDHO Practice Profile with an rdhu QA Coach.

Your Practice Profile provides a valuable framework for understanding and reflecting on your practice setting, responsibilities, protocols and approach to client care.

Even when a formal Practice Profile submission is not required, reviewing these foundational areas can help you identify risks, recognize opportunities for improvement and feel better prepared to discuss your practice during a coaching conversation, Peer Circle or on-site practice review.

This session is ideal for any RDH who would like greater clarity and confidence when reviewing, completing or describing their dental hygiene practice.

During your online session, your coach can help you:

Review each section of your Practice Profile
Identify areas that may require clarification or additional detail
Ensure your responses accurately reflect your practice setting
Discuss questions or areas of uncertainty
Identify potential areas of risk or improvement
Determine your next steps

The review is completed online using screen sharing, allowing you and your coach to work through the Practice Profile together.

After You Register

You will receive an email introducing you to your QA Coach, along with the coaching agreement, scheduling information and instructions to help you prepare for your session.

QA Coach provides educational guidance and organizational support based on current published CDHO information. Your coach does not complete or approve the Practice Profile on your behalf. The RDH remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness and submission of their Quality Assurance records. Coaching does not guarantee a particular assessment outcome or CDHO decision.
