Course Description

The Practice Profile is a cornerstone of the CDHO Quality Assurance Program—and for many dental hygienists, it’s also one of the most stressful and confusing parts of the process.

In this practical, step-by-step workshop, Kathleen Bokrossy will guide you through the Practice Profile with clarity, confidence, and strategy. You’ll learn how to interpret the questions, understand what the College is really asking, and respond in a way that is ethical, honest, accurate, and professionally sound.

To get the most out of this session, participants are encouraged to have their Practice Profile open during the workshop (on a second screen if possible) or to print a copy in advance using the Print option in the upper right corner of the Practice Profile. This will allow you to follow along with Kathleen in real time and turn this into a true working session—not just a lecture.

Whether you’ve been selected for QA this year or simply want to be proactive and prepared, this workshop will help you see the Practice Profile not as a test—but as a powerful self-assessment and professional reflection tool.

No matter which QA Path you choose, the Practice Profile forms the foundation of the entire QA process. Understanding how to complete it properly will make every other part of your QA journey easier, clearer, and far less stressful.

This workshop is based on the Practice Profile for the General Practice.

Feel more confident and prepared to complete and submit their Practice Profile—whether for this year’s QA or future cycles
