This 3-part orthodontic CE program for dental hygienists combines foundational learning, advanced clinical techniques, and modern digital workflows to help you confidently integrate orthodontics into your practice.

Program Overview

Participants will progress through three structured courses that build from core orthodontic principles to advanced applications and digital aligner therapy.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Identify and apply foundational orthodontic concepts, terminology, and workflows used in clinical practice (Understand/Apply).
Demonstrate proper techniques for orthodontic records, bracket placement, and wire sequencing (Apply).
Analyze occlusion, treatment planning considerations, and case progression across different patient scenarios (Analyze).
Apply advanced orthodontic techniques to support efficient, high-quality patient care (Apply).
Integrate digital scanners and clear aligner systems into clinical workflows (Apply).
Evaluate orthodontic cases and treatment outcomes to strengthen clinical confidence and decision-making (Evaluate).

If the listed dates don’t align with your schedule, you have up to one year to complete the program at your convenience.

Please note: Orthodontic Fundamentals must be completed before progressing to Parts 2 and 3.
